I had had problems with low energy, anxiety and depression since childhood and then in my early thirties my health collapsed altogether. I was sleeping twenty hours a day and unable to walk more than 50 yards.

I went to the G.P. and was eventually diagnosed with M.E./Chronic fatigue syndrome. I didn't hold out much hope of getting better as there is no known cure for M.E.

One day I saw an article about Innersound Qi Treatment in the Metro newspaper. I desparately neede energy and thought ' what have I got to lose?' So I dragged my self up to central London to the Innersound Centre.

I sat in the waiting room and read people's Innersound Review which gave me hope know ing that many others had recovered from different conditions including M.E.

After my first Innersound Qi Treatment I could feel some improvement and so I decided to do a course of Innersound Qi Treatment.I didn't know what to expect from the treatment but went with an open mind hoping for the best. Althought I found the first treatment a little strange I did feel an improvement.

 I kept feeling a gradual improvement and so after I had finished the course of Innersound Qi Treatment I started on the Innersound Ancestry Course. It was during this 24 days training that I experience a huge improvement in my health and mental wellbeing. A great heaviness lifted from me, my energy levels improved and many of my emotional problems simply disappeared. The concept of doing ceremony for ancestors is very foreign to the English but I learnt that around the world this is a very common practise. When I started the Innersound Ancestry course I was too ill to be sceptical and was willing to take achance on something very unfamiliar to me. my gamble paid off and I have never looked back, being able to return to work after 6 months of treatment and training.
